How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed right here on our website. Build your own box of 12 cake pops by selecting flavor, colors, and toppings. For pre-designed pops, just select your size and cake flavor — we’ll take care of the rest! For fully custom orders, visit our Custom Order Request page. We’ll follow up within 1–2 business days with a quote, timeline, and availability.

What sizes of cake pops do you offer?
We offer three sizes:

• Minis
• Classic Pops
• Deluxe Pops

Each box is built by size and requires a minimum order of 12 cake pops. 

What flavors can I choose from?
We offer 18 signature cake flavors — including Vanilla, Cookies & Cream, Funfetti, Red Velvet, and more. You can view the full list on each product page.

How long will it take to get my order?

• Pre-designed & Build Your Own Pops (where you choose the cake flavor): Ready for pickup or local delivery in 3–5 business days.
• Custom Orders: We’ll provide a timeline when we follow up with your quote (typically allow 7+ days depending on design and order size).

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes — we offer local delivery within Jupiter, FL and surrounding areas for orders of $100 or more. Orders $99 or less can pay a $25 delivery fee or pickup locally in Jupiter Farms on the weekend (you'll receive an email after you place an order with a day and time). 

Can I pick up my order?
Yes — free local pickup is available on the weekend from 10am - 6pm in Jupiter, FL for all orders. Pickup details will be sent in an email after you place your order. 

Do you offer shipping?
Right now, we do not offer shipping. Stay tuned for updates in the future!

How long do the cake pops stay fresh?
Our cake pops are made fresh to order and are best enjoyed within 5–7 days. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is not required but we do recommend it!

Can I customize my cake pops?
Absolutely! We offer customizable cake flavors, frosting colors, and decorations. For custom orders, you can request themes for baby showers, holidays, corporate gifting, and more.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes — all orders require a minimum of 12 cake pops per size.
For local delivery, there is a $100 order minimum. 

Do you offer allergy-friendly options?
We do offer some vegan and gluten-free options! Please note our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free facility. Contact us if you have any questions about allergens before ordering.

Can I order cake pops for weddings or large events?
Of course! We love creating for weddings, showers, birthdays, and special events. For large or custom orders, please fill out our Custom Order Request form — we’ll follow up within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale?
We offer bulk pricing for large custom orders — perfect for corporate gifting, parties, and events. We do not offer wholesale at this time. Please contact us for bulk order quotes.
