Hi, I’m Melanie — founder of The Cake Pop Company and a soon-to-be graduate from Florida Atlantic University!

I started this business in my kitchen with one goal: pay off my student loans without losing my mind. College has been expensive (ridiculously so), and I knew I had to do something more than just wait around for the bills and stress to pile up.

So I turned to what I’ve always loved — baking for people I care about — and built something from the ground up.
